Mr. Garrett Bowers '87
History department

Garrett Bowers '87 joined Xaverian in the 1991-1992 school year after his undergraduate work at Boston College. Mr. Bowers teaches history and is the head coach of the varsity soccer team. Mr. Bowers earned dual degrees in History and Education from Boston College in 1991 and earned a Masters in American Studies from UMASS - Boston in 1998. In 2003, Mr. Bowers was award the Theodore James Ryken Award. The Ryken Award recognizes Mr. Bowers for living Ryken's vision as a community member in a Xaverian Brothers Sponsored School.
