Ryan Howard joined Xaverian in the 2002-2003 school year. Mr. Howard came to Xaverian from Boston College, where he was a teacher's assistant in several undergraduate and graduate chemistry classes. Mr. Howard received a Masters of Science in Chemistry from Boston College and is currently studying there to complete a Masters of Education. Mr. Howard earned an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Mr. Howard has received numerous awards in his academic tenure, including Boston College's Chemistry Department Graduate Student Service Award in 2001; The Donald J. White Teaching Excellence Award from Boston College's Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in 2000; and The Saint Francis University Departmental Award in Chemistry in 1998. In addition, Mr. Howard's papers have been published in several academic publications, including The Chemical Educator. Mr. Howard was a member of the Boston College Chemistry Graduate Studies Committee in 2000.
