Tuition assistance
Xaverian is committed to offering a Xaverian education to qualified students regardless of financial means. Our financial assistance program relies on the success of our fundraising programs.
It is important to note that applications for assistance are made annually. Assistance is not automatically renewed. Because a family's situation can change from one year to the next, we ask that you file a financial aid application only if you can demonstrate need. Also, the school's expectation is that as a student matures, he should contribute to his tuition through part-time work so the amount of the grant ordinarily is smaller as a student becomes a sophomore, junior, and senior.
To be eligible for continued assistance, students must be doing well academically and be in good disciplinary standing. Also, a student must have successfully completed his work/study responsibilities and parents must have demonstrated support for fundraising activities.
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial needs analysis for Xaverian. Families will need to submit all required information by December 31. Applications may be picked up in the Main Office, however, applicants are encouraged to apply directly online at www.factstuitionaid.com. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment can also be reached at 1 (866) 315-9262 or by email at help@factstuitionaid.com.
Failure to submit all the information by the deadline may result in your family not receiving aid or limit the amount given.
Applicants who attain a high score on the Catholic Secondary School Entrance Exam and who have earned excellent grades in their 7th and 8th grade courses will be considered for a Merit Scholarship. No application is required for a Merit Scholarship. Awards are granted for four years provided the student's grades and behavior are outstanding.
