Xaverian Brothers High School is proud to announce six student-athletes will continue their athletic careers in college.
Three football players committed to Ivy League Schools. Nick Allsop ’16 of Easton and Elijah Pierre ’16 of Rockland committed to Brown Univeristy. John Dean ’16 of Wrentham committed to Yale University.
Football player Dan McKeeney ’16 of Westwood committed to Trinity College. Zach Sette ’16, a baseball player from Franklin, committed to Babson College.
Peter Thorbahn ’16 of Norwell signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at Bentley University.
In the past two years, the senior football players have led to the Hawks to a perfect 24-0 mark and two Division 1 state championship victories at Gillette Stadium. This season, they guided the Hawks to a historic Thanksgiving victory at Fenway Park.
“We’re extremely proud of the accomplishments of our players,” said Director of Athletics Charlie Stevenson. “They were a determined group that worked very hard. I wish them the best in their college endeavours.”
