Xaverian Welcomes New Legacy Fathers/Sons at Annual Breakfast
Our official welcome to new grades 7, 8, and 9 legacy fathers and sons.
On Thursday, September 16, Xaverian welcomed more than 30 legacy fathers and their sons to campus for the school’s Legacy Breakfast. This annual tradition is the official welcome to new grades 7, 8, and 9 legacy fathers and sons. In the sunlit Sarah M. Bisson Foyer, legacy fathers excitedly flipped through yearbooks with their sons, recalling many of their own memories as Xaverian students. Equally, legacy sons were able to get to know one another and begin to build their own bonds as classmates.
The morning included remarks from Head of School, Dr. Jacob Conca ’94, Principal, Dr. Michael Nicholson, and Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement, Mr. Jim Scholl ’03. At the conclusion of the event, fathers and sons gathered for group and individual photos. Dr. Conca concluded, “Our legacy fathers and sons share in a rich tradition - one of family and brotherhood. Because of you, as legacy fathers and sons, our school is a better place and our mission is renewed and strengthened.”
