Dr. Jacob Conca ’94, Head of School, and Dr. Michael Nicholson, P ’29, Principal, are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Terrell Diggs as the new Dean of Students at Xaverian Brothers High School.
Mr. Diggs brings over 12 years of experience in educational leadership within Catholic and private school settings, and he joins the Xaverian community with a deep commitment to student formation and character development. In addition to his administrative work, Mr. Diggs has served as a classroom teacher, coach, mentor, and school leader. His professional experience and student-centered approach uniquely position him to contribute meaningfully to student life at Xaverian.
“Mr. Diggs brings a dynamic blend of experience, insight, and leadership to this role,” said Dr. Conca. “His passion for forming young men of integrity aligns perfectly with our mission.”
Mr. Diggs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stonehill College and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Boston College. Grounded in the values of Catholic education, he is enthusiastic about returning to a Catholic school environment and continuing his work in fostering strong character, leadership, and personal growth among students.
"We look forward to welcoming Mr. Diggs to the Office of Student Life,” says Dr. Nicholson. “We're excited for the leadership and vision he will bring to our school community.”
