Alpine Ski write up from 2/11 race

The Xaverian Hawks wrapped up their varsity ski season last night with a pair of races held at Blue Hills.  Senior co-captain Jack Pastore led the way for the Hawks with a 7th and 6th place finish respectively.  Great job Jack!  Senior co-captain Tanner Smith turned a first run DNF into a second run 13th place finish.  Great turnaround Tanner!  Our third senior Hans Brings took his first run DNF as motivation and threw down a 25th place second run!  Nice work Hans!  Juniors Nolan Mackie and Own Mullaney finished 19th and 24th respectively in the first run.  Sophomore Patrick Kiernan finished 11th in the second run a mere 2-hundredths of a second out of the top 10.
