• Application

  
  You can complete the application form using your Ravenna Admissions Account. The form will collect information on the applicant, family, and current school.

• Student Essay

  
  The student essay can be completed using your Ravenna Admissions Account. The essay allows our admissions committee to learn more about you. It is important to our school that students answer the essay questions without help from other family members.

• Entrance Exam

  
  The Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) will be offered at Xaverian on the following dates:
  
  

  Saturday, November 18, 2023 

  Saturday, December 2, 2023
  
  Please visit the ISEE website to register for an upcoming exam. To send your scores to Xaverian, use our school code: 570431. 

• Official Transcript

  
  Please print a transcript release form using Ravenna. 
  
  Fill out the form and hand it to your current school's registrar or main office. Your school will send official transcripts directly to our admissions office. Please allow time for processing.

• Evaluations/Recommendations

  
  The following items are required parts of our application process. Please use your Ravenna account to send the forms to your current teachers and administrator/counselor. Please allow time for processing.

• Student Interview

  
  A student interview is a required part of our grade 7-8 application process. Your interview will be conducted by a member of the Xaverian community. Our committee includes teachers, counselors, campus ministers, administrators, and admissions staff. Parents or guardians will have an opportunity to meet with the interviewer at the end of the interview and are encouraged to ask questions at that time.

• Financial Aid

  
  All families are welcome to apply for need-based financial aid before the January 16 deadline. We are committed to providing a Xaverian education to every qualified young man, regardless of financial need. 
  
  Last year, 54% of all Xaverian families received tuition assistance grants. The average annual cost for families receiving need-based financial aid is $14,277.
