List of 9 items.

  • Application Form

You can complete the application form using your Ravenna Admissions Account. The form will collect information on the applicant, family, and current school.
  • Student Essay

The student essay can be completed using your Ravenna Admissions Account.

The essay allows our admissions committee to learn more about you. There are five questions presented, and you are asked to pick three. Each response should be at least 100 words in length. It is important to our school that students answer the essay questions without help from other family members.

    High School Placement Test (HSPT)
    Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT)

Your school will send official transcripts directly to our admissions office. Please note, it is normal for schools to mail or deliver transcripts after our admissions deadline, so please allow our office time for processing.
  • Administrator/Counselor Evaluation

An administrator/counselor evaluation is a required part of our application process. We ask that your current administrator or counselor completes the form. Please use your Ravenna account to send the form to the appropriate person.
