Tuition Assistance

You’re More Than a Number.

We look at the whole picture of your family’s income and expenses.


Tuition for the 2025 – 2026 school year is $28,500. We are committed to providing a Xaverian education to every qualified young man, regardless of financial need. We work with Clarity for all tuition assistance applications.

Please visit the Clarity website to begin the process. The tuition assistance deadline corresponds with the application deadline.


 
More than 58% of current students at Xaverian have received tuition assistance this year in the form of academic scholarships, merit awards, and need-based tuition assistance.
On average, 80% of families who have applied for need-based tuition assistance, have received a financial aid grant.
In total, we awarded more than $6 million in tuition assistance last year, with awards ranging from $2,000 to $25,000.

The average annual cost for families receiving need-based tuition assistance is $14,277.

Academic Scholarships


Each student entering grade 9 is eligible for consideration for an academic scholarship. There is no application for scholarships, all students are considered based on their entrance exam results, academic record, discipline history, and principal/counselor recommendation. Scholarship awards are renewed annually, provided the student remains in good standing. 

Need-Based Tuition Assistance


Need-based tuition assistance is available to students entering grades 7-12. Grants are awarded based on financial information submitted to Clarity. Applications are required annually and are not automatically renewed, as a family’s situation can change from one year to the next.

Applications for need-based tuition assistance for families applying to Xaverian for the 2026-2027 school year are due by January 15, 2026, and decisions will be released on March 10, 2026.

Applications for need-based tuition assistance for current Xaverian families are due December 1, 2025. 

Tuition & New Student Registration


The tuition for the 2025 – 2026 school year is $28,500.

New student registration: To officially enroll, new students must submit a non-refundable deposit of $1,800 by the April 10 registration deadline. This deposit includes a tuition payment of $1,000 and a registration fee of $800.
 
Xaverian offers two payment plans through Clarity. 
#1. Single payment due June 1 – Tuition $28,500
#2. Monthly payments due June 1 through March 1 - Tuition $28,800
