For most families, investing in a private, Catholic education requires careful financial planning. To begin the process of providing a Xaverian education for your son, you should start by discussing various options with a member of our admissions team.
Each student who attends Xaverian is the recipient of a scholarship, since the real cost of educating each student is significantly more than the tuition established by the Board of Trustees. Fundraising makes up the difference and Xaverian is fortunate to have loyal alumni and parents who generously support the school.
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $800 and Reservation Deposit of $1,000, totaling $1,800 must be paid by the registration dealine. The reservation deposit will be credited toward tuition. The registration deadline for students in Grades 7 & 8 is April 1 and the deadline for Grade 9 is March 15.
Xaverian offers two (2) payment plans through FACTS Management Company.
#1. Single payment due June 1 – Tuition $19,700 #2. Monthly payments due June 1 – March 1 $20,000
Xaverian is committed to offering a top-knotch education to qualified students regardless of financial means. Those accepting financial aid must also accept the responsibility to participate in our work study program. Students in the work study program perform jobs and assignments necessary to the daily running of Xaverian Brothers High School. No assigned job interferes with scholastic or extra-curricular commitments.
It is important to note that applications for assistance are made annually. Assistance is not automatically renewed. Because a family's situation can change from one year to the next, we ask that you file a financial aid application only if you can demonstrate need.
To be eligible for continued assistance, students must be doing well academically and be in good disciplinary standing. Also, a student must have successfully completed his work-study responsibilities and parents must have demonstrated support for fundraising activities.
